Several companies have been contacted by somebody using the name John Moorman , requesting to hire kit.
We have now heard that he has hired and failed to return kit from two places that we know of.
He is using a Birmingham address but is contacting firms up and down the country and is using what appears to be a fake driving licence to prove ID. We’ve also seen a fake Scottish Power bill being used to prove the Birmingham address.
In addition, we have reason to suspect the names Ben Sharp, James Mackenzie, Mark Wood, Laura Arti and Yanking Zhang are being used to try and obtain equipment and may be related to this.
If you are approached by ‘Mr Moorman’, please drop us a line and please use caution if approached by any of these names to hire your kit.
